In ordering Practice Question CDs, I understand and agree to abide by the following license terms:
Use of QuizOut practice questions provided in digital format (CD) shall be limited to printing hard copies for up to five (5) persons per license (i.e., one coach and up to four quizzers), cutting and pasting questions for the purpose of rearranging questions to create unlimited combinations of practice quizzes. Digital text files shall not be transmitted via email, or inserted into software programs, or posted on the Internet, or sold, transferred or made available to non-licensed users in any fashion. For any use beyond that described above, please seek advance written permission from Laura Christensen Colberg. NIV text is used by permission, all rights reserved and further use must be requested directly of Zondervan.
